Heart shaped slices of toasted bread filled with mushrooms sautéed with
garlic and cream garnished with slices of crispy pancetta (Italian bacon).
Frittura di Calamari e Gamberetti
Deep fried baby squid and tiger prawns finished
with a light lemon and garlic dressing.
Main Courses
Rosa di Spigola con Gamberoni, Pomodorini e Spinachi
Roulade of Seabass, wrapped around a King Prawn, oven baked and
served in a cherry tomato sauce with sautéed spinach.
Pollo con Parma e Funghi Misti
Chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham with a mushroom and cream sauce, served with pureed sweet potato.
Bistecca di Manzo alla Mostarda in Grano
Sirloin steak in a wholegrain mustard and cream sauce cooked to your liking,
served with fresh vegetables.
Ravioli di Ricotta e Spinaci con Gorgonzola e Pomodorini
Homemade ravioli pasta filled with spinach and ricotta sautéed
in a sauce of gorgonzola cheese and cherry tomatoes.
